We use only the very best products available to compliment our work, not sticking to any one brand or system, over the years we have found different brands of Varnishes, Stains, Seals, Oils and Waxes give different results, such as different levels of enhancement to the wood colour, texture and sheen.

We use the finish that best suits you, your floor and the environment, Brands we use on a regular bases are Bonakemi, Blanchon, Beckers acroma, Pallman, Granwax, Osmo, Rustins and Junckers.

Our prices are based on a labour + materials & fuel charge, this is worked into a per m2 rate based on Location, job size,flooring condition, style, type of flooring and finishing required.

We have a minimal charge of £225 per day for smaller jobs and repairs.

Call outs are charged at £85 for the initial call out which includes the first hour and £30 per hour there after.

Maintenance tasks such as cleaning and revivals are usually charged per hourly rate plus reduced call out charge of £60.

Scrad (screen) and Seals (1 coat)- re waxing, oiling (1 coat) generally have a per m2 price of between £8 - £12 per m2 area (size and location depending) and carries a minimal daily charge of £225 (materials included)
